Really luxurious halva made with premium tahini, whole almonds and prebiotic fructooligosaccharides, without added glucose or artificial sweeteners. Fructooligosaccharides have a milder sweetness than sugar, and are now known to be beneficial to the bowel flora (prebiotics). This halva is traditionally eaten at the end of Greek Lent at Easter to break the fasting period.
